Custom made shoe

These shoes were allegedly custom made. I ordered a size 9.5 and these shoes are definitely a size 10.5. The heel strap is way to long and because they are custom made they can not be exchaged. I feel like I was robbed. When I initially ordered a size 9.5 they kept trying to sell me a size 10! I have all the emails to verify it. I feel they sent me the size 10 anyway.
