We appreciate your business and are committed to providing a refined, secure, and transparent return experience. All return, exchange, refund, and store credit requests are subject to the terms below.
Please note: submitting a return request does not automatically approve the return. All returns must be reviewed, authorized, received, inspected, and approved by Dellamoda before any refund, exchange, or store credit is issued.
Eligibility & Notification Window
Customers must notify Dellamoda within two (2) calendar days of delivery for any claim involving a manufacturer defect, damaged merchandise, or incorrect item.
All other return or exchange requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
Once a return request is approved, the merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days. Requests submitted outside the required notification period may not be accepted.
Return Authorization
All returns must be approved by Dellamoda before merchandise is sent back. Returns without authorization may be refused, delayed, returned to the customer, or excluded from refund, exchange, or store credit eligibility.
Return authorization will not be issued after the applicable notification period has expired. Approval of a return request does not guarantee a refund, exchange, or store credit until the item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Return Condition Requirements
All returned merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. All original tags, labels, and security attachments must remain attached in their original position.
All original packaging and accessories must be included, including, but not limited to, shoe boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards, extra laces, protective covers, and any brand packaging received with the order.
Brand packaging must be protected inside a separate shipping box. Customers must not tape, label, write on, or attach postage directly to shoe boxes, designer boxes, or brand packaging.
Returns that are worn, damaged, altered, missing tags, missing packaging, missing accessories, improperly packaged, or returned with damaged brand boxes may be denied or subject to deductions or restocking fees.
Custom, Made-to-Order, Special-Order & Personalized Items
Return eligibility may vary by brand, item type, and order classification. Certain made-to-order items, including eligible Paul Parkman made-to-order merchandise, may be approved for return under Dellamoda’s standard return policy and may be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, subject to return authorization, inspection, and all return condition requirements.
Special-order merchandise, including Mauri special orders and similar special-order items, when approved for return, is eligible for store credit only. These items are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
Personalized, monogrammed, altered, customized, or customer-specific merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or credited unless expressly approved by Dellamoda in writing.
Dellamoda reserves the right to determine whether an item is classified as standard return eligible, made-to-order, special-order, custom-order, personalized, final sale, or store-credit-only based on the product page, invoice, order confirmation, supplier terms, or written communication from customer service.
Exchanges
Eligible merchandise may be exchanged one time, subject to availability, approval, and all return condition requirements.
Once an exchange has been completed, any approved return of the exchanged item will be eligible for store credit only. The exchanged item is not eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
Exchange orders must be returned in new, unworn, unused, undamaged condition with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories included.
Return Shipping Labels
Returns are not free unless expressly approved by Dellamoda in writing. For eligible U.S. returns, a flat-rate return shipping label may be available for $20.00 for footwear and apparel, and $6.99 for eyewear.
If a Dellamoda return label is used, the label cost may be deducted from the refund, exchange balance, or store credit. Customers may also arrange their own return shipping with tracking.
Dellamoda is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, or shipped without proper tracking when the customer arranges their own return shipment.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for arranging and paying the full cost of return shipping. Shipping charges, customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier advancement fees, and other import-related costs associated with international returns are not refundable.
International return shipments must be properly declared and shipped in compliance with carrier and customs requirements.
Import Fees, Duties & Tariffs on Returns
Import duties, customs fees, tariffs, brokerage fees, taxes, carrier advancement fees, or related government charges paid by the customer are not refundable by Dellamoda.
If a return shipment results in additional customs charges, tariff charges, carrier fees, brokerage fees, or import-related charges billed to Dellamoda, those amounts may be deducted from any eligible refund, exchange balance, or store credit.
Inspection & Approval
Refunds, exchanges, and store credits can only be issued after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved by Dellamoda.
Missing, damaged, worn, used, altered, incomplete, or improperly packaged merchandise may reduce or void any refund, exchange, or credit due. Dellamoda reserves the right to determine whether returned merchandise meets the required return condition.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) business days after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and accepted by Dellamoda.
Refund timing may vary depending on the customer’s bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider. Dellamoda is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions after the refund has been processed.
Refund Method, Store Credit & Deductions
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless the item is designated as store-credit-only or otherwise approved for store credit.
Store credit never expires unless otherwise stated. Once issued, store credit is non-refundable and may only be used toward eligible future purchases from Dellamoda.
Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, restocking fees, processing fees, customs fees, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, carrier fees, supplier fees, and any charges incurred by Dellamoda may be deducted from any eligible refund, exchange balance, or store credit where applicable.
Returned to Sender or Refused Deliveries
Any unclaimed, undeliverable, refused, rejected, or returned-to-sender package may subject the customer to all fees incurred, including original shipping fees, return shipping fees, carrier fees, customs fees, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, processing fees, and restocking fees.
Packages marked as “Returned to Sender” or refused upon delivery may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges. Any outstanding balance must be paid before the package is re-shipped or before any refund, exchange balance, or store credit is issued.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within two (2) calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.
Please retain all packaging, shipping materials, and product documentation until the claim has been reviewed. Dellamoda may request photographs or additional information before approving a return, exchange, replacement, refund, or store credit.
Policy Abuse
Dellamoda reserves the right to reject, limit, or cancel any return, exchange, refund, or store credit request that appears excessive, abusive, fraudulent, inconsistent with our policy, or not made in good faith.
