Backorder cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the order is placed, unless a shorter confirmation timeline is expressly stated by Dellamoda in writing.

After the applicable grace period, backordered items may not be cancelled or changed once the order has been confirmed, reserved, processed with the supplier, or otherwise prepared for fulfillment, unless expressly approved by Dellamoda in writing.

If a cancellation is approved after the applicable grace period, the refund may be subject to a five percent (5%) cancellation / processing fee.

This cancellation / processing fee does not apply where prohibited by law or when cancellation is required because Dellamoda is unable to fulfill the order within the applicable required timeline.

Once a backorder has been confirmed and paid, the product will be reserved for the customer. By confirming a backorder, the customer agrees to Dellamoda's backorder policy and applicable store policy terms.

Delays caused by manufacturing, supplier availability, import processing, customs, transportation, or other circumstances outside Dellamoda's control are not grounds for cancellation unless required by applicable law or approved by Dellamoda in writing.

Once the backordered product is received by the customer, eligible items may be returned in accordance with Dellamoda's return policy unless the item is marked final sale, custom, made-to-order, special-order, production, or otherwise ineligible for return.
