Domestic Shipping (USA)
Thank you for shopping with Dellamoda. All orders are processed after payment verification and typically ship within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page (e.g., made-to-order or special-order items). This processing time is separate from transit time.
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – FREE on orders over $150
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – $10 on orders under $150
- Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days) – $20
- 2-Day Air (2 business days) – $50
- Next-Day Air (1 business day) – $75
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather conditions, verification requirements, or other factors outside of Dellamoda’s control. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders at Dellamoda’s discretion. Additional verification may be required for high-value purchases.
Processing Times by Product Type
- In-stock items: 1–3 business days processing
- Paul Parkman made-to-order: approximately 2–3 weeks production before shipment
- Mauri special orders: approximately 90–120 days production before shipment
- Custom / personalized items: production timelines vary and are confirmed at time of order
All timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, material availability, supplier delays, customs processing, or transportation delays.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to over 175 countries using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level
- International orders typically ship within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated
- Signature confirmation may be required for certain shipments
- Some items may have extended production timelines depending on product type
International Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For international orders, duties and taxes are typically calculated and collected at checkout where supported, allowing for a smoother delivery experience.
- Where prepaid, no additional charges will be required upon delivery
- In some regions, additional local customs charges may still apply
- The customer is responsible for compliance with all import regulations in the destination country
International delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, import inspections, or local carrier delays.
U.S. Import Duties, Tariffs & Customs (Domestic Shipments)
Some orders shipped within the United States may be imported directly from international suppliers. In these cases, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees, or carrier advancement charges.
These charges are not included at checkout unless explicitly stated. If unpaid, shipments may be delayed, returned, or held by customs or the carrier.
Shipping Protection & Insurance
All shipments include a base level of protection. This coverage may not represent full retail value. Customers may request optional full-value insurance prior to shipment for additional protection.
In the event of loss or damage, claims must follow carrier investigation procedures before resolution can be issued.
Tracking Shipments
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Customers may monitor shipment status directly through the carrier.
