The Modena's distinctive character begins with its individually hand-painted tobacco patina. Rather than relying on a single uniform factory-applied color, the leather is finished with tonal variations that create transitions between warm tobacco, cognac and deeper brown shades.

Darker burnishing around the toe, heel and edges enhances the architecture of the shoe, while warmer tones remain visible through the vamp and side panels.
