Return-shipping benefits are determined by the customer's active Dellamoda membership tier when the return request is submitted. All returns remain subject to Dellamoda's Return Policy.

Gold & Platinum Free Return Benefit
Only active Gold and Platinum members receive complimentary standard return shipping for eligible U.S. returns. Standard, Bronze, and Silver members follow Dellamoda's regular return-shipping terms and applicable label fees.
- Eligible return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within two (2) calendar days of delivery.
- The benefit does not change return eligibility, authorization, item-condition requirements, Final Sale restrictions, exchange or store-credit terms, or any applicable deductions.
- International return shipping, duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other import-related costs are not included.
- The complimentary return label must be approved and provided by Dellamoda. Customer-arranged return shipping is not reimbursable.
