RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We proudly offer a full return policy with no re-stocking fees. Just notify us within 7 days from the delivery date, as reported by the shipping company, if you do require a return or exchange. After this period there will be no RA# authorized for ANY reason. We hope that you understand we have certain guidelines and limitations with products/vendors which must be honored and we appreciate your cooperation in advance.
To make returns even easier, we offer the option of using a flat rate shipping label ($15.00 per item). If you opt to use our flat-rate shipping label, $15.00 per item will be reduced from the refund amount, at the time of processing.

Once your return is authorized, you will have 30 days to return the product back to us and receive a full refund (minus shipping fees) back to the original method of payment. Our system will notify you on every step of this process.

All return requests must be done through our "Return Center" only and within the allowed period stated. There is a link at the bottom of this page which will take you to that page. Returns outside of our policy if accepted, may incur additional fees deducted from the refund or resolution at our return departments discretion.

By placing an order on Dellamoda.com you are agreeing to adhere unconditionally to all company policies.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS?

All returns will be subject to inspection. All merchandise must be returned unused, with all original packaging, contents (boxes, dust bags, tags, certificates, in-soles, security tags, and etc. if applicable). All merchandise must be returned in the same exact condition as received. Your return will be discarded or sent back to you if the conditions and requirements of inspection are not met. You, the client, are responsible for returning the product and all shipped fees associated with the return & all fees that may incur or may have already incurred due to a declined return. The inspection process may take up to two (7) business days from the returns arrival depending on the volume of returns. Delivered status on the tracking of your return does not mean your return has been or will be processed the same day. After your merchandise passes inspection, please allow seven (7) business days for your refund to be processed.

Custom and Made-to-Order products:
There are no return or exchange options on custom made or made-to-order products. All such products are a final sale. There are no cancelations or modifications on such products once they are in production. Please refer to product pages to view what options, if any, are available for each specific product.

Can i request for a cancelation?

In order to deliver your amazing products as soon as possible, we start working on your order right after it has been received in our system. In case of an issue, please inform us right away and within 24 hours of when the order was placed. You can request for cancellation by calling us, or by contacting us via email. Voicemails are not a valid receipt of cancellation request. If you cannot reach us by phone, please email us the request so a timestamp of the request is available. All cancellations outside of this window will be subject to a 15% processing fee with no exceptions.

Of course the store policy will apply if your order has already been processed in our system. There are no cancellations on already processed, shipped, ready to ship or in-transit orders. Of course, you are eligible to request for Return Authorization according to our return policy after receiving your products. There will be a 20% restocking fee if an order is rejected for any reason, so please contact us if you need to request a return.


There are no cancelations on Special Made Products or "Made to Order" products once they are confirmed. All such products may have different limitations so be sure to review each policy accordingly.

When can I expect my refund?

We will issue a refund (minus shipping fees) back to the original method of payment with in 7-10 working days after your return has been received and inspected. Please allow additional 3-5 working days for it to show on your statement. Our system will notify you on every step of this process.
