Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience when it comes to returns. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures for returning products. 

Hassle-Free Return Policy
We are committed to providing you with a convenient and customer-friendly return policy. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please carefully review the following guidelines and conditions.

Eligibility and Notification:
You must inform us within 7 days from the delivery date, as reported by the shipping company, if you wish to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items. Once authorized, you will have 30 days to return the purchase to us. Unfortunately, after this 7-day period, we cannot authorize any returns for any reason.

Custom Made & Made-to-Order Products: 
All made-to-order or custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For more information on whether the product you're purchasing is returnable or not, please refer to the respective product pages.

Return Authorization (RA#):
Please note that after the 7-day period mentioned above, no RA# will be authorized for any reason. We have certain guidelines and limitations with products/vendors that must be honored.

Returning for an Exchange: If your return is eligible for an exchange, you may request that option. However, we offer a one-time exchange per order, per item. Once an exchange is processed, the item becomes a final sale, and further returns or exchanges for that item will not be accepted.

Flat Rate Return Shipping Label Option:
We do not offer free returns. The buyer is responsible for returning the product back to us. Although for your convenience, we offer a flat-rate shipping label option for $20.00. If you choose this option, the $20.00 fee will be deducted from the refund amount during processing. Please note that this service is currently available only to customers within the United States, and it may NOT be available for ALL products. 

Returns Due to Defects:
If your order has a manufacturer defect, please notify us within two (2) days of the delivery date, as reported by the shipping company. Unfortunately, after this 2-day period, we cannot authorize any returns for this condition.

Fees & Conditions:
All returns will be subject to inspection to ensure compliance with our guidelines. To qualify for a return, all merchandise must be unused and returned in its original packaging, including all contents (boxes, dust bags, tags, certificates, insoles, security tags, etc., if applicable). The merchandise must be returned in the same exact condition as when received. If the inspection requirements are not met, your return may be discarded or sent back to you. You are responsible for all return shipping fees and any fees that may have already been incurred or may arise due to a declined return.

NO RESTOCKING Fees:
Return-For-Refund, Return-For-Exchange or Return-For-Store-Credit transactions do not incur any fees.

Inspection Process and Refund Processing:
The inspection process may take up to seven (7) business days from the arrival of your return, depending on the volume of returns. Please note that the "delivered" status on your return's tracking does not guarantee same-day processing. Once your merchandise passes inspection, please allow up to seven (7) business days for your refund to be processed. Our system will keep you informed at every step of the return process.

Return Timeline and Refund Method:
Once your return is authorized, you will have 30 days to return the product to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will issue a full refund (minus any original shipping fees, Return Label Service fee if applicable, and the 5% credit card transaction fee) back to the original method of payment.

Custom Made & Made-to-Order Products:
Please be aware that all made-to-order or custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For more information on whether the product you're purchasing is returnable or not, please refer to the respective product pages.

"Returned to Sender" or "Refused Delivery": 
If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt or if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, it will be considered a return. In such cases, a 20% restocking fee, along with any other fees associated with the return that the carrier may charge, will be applied. The restocking fee covers the cost of processing the return and restocking the product.
