Custom Made & Made-to-Order Products:

Return Authorization (RA#):
No RA# will be issued after the 14-day notification period. Vendor guidelines and product limitations apply.
Returning for an Exchange:
Eligible items may be exchanged once per order. Exchanged items become final sale, with no further returns/exchanges.
Flat Rate Return Shipping Label Option:
Returns are not free. Customers may opt for a flat-rate shipping label for $20.00 (U.S. only; deducted from refunds). Availability varies by product.
Returns Due to Defects:
Notify us within 2 days of delivery for manufacturer defects. No returns accepted after this window.
Fees & Conditions:
All returns are inspected. Items must be unused, in original packaging (including all accessories), and in the same condition as received. Non-compliant returns may be discarded or sent back at your expense.
NO RESTOCKING FEES:
Refunds, exchanges, or store credit transactions incur no fees.
Inspection & Refund Processing:
Inspections take up to 7 business days after receipt. Refunds are processed within 7 business days post-approval. Track your return status via our system.
Return Timeline & Refund Method:
After authorization, return the item within 30 days. Refunds (minus original shipping, label fees, and 5% credit card fee) are issued to the original payment method.
"Returned to Sender" or "Refused Delivery":
Unsuccessful deliveries or refused packages incur a 20% restocking fee + carrier charges.
