Return Requests

We are offering an extended return policy until January 5 for all purchases made as a gift. To qualify, be sure to note "GIFT" in Order Note field during checkout otherwise normal return policies will apply. Coupons may not be stocked with other holiday incentives. First-time customer discounts may only be applied to items that are not part of Holiday sale.

Authorization to return any product must be obtained by in advance and must be requested within seven (7) days of delivery as stated by the courier. All return requests are made through our online Return Center. All defects must be reported with two (2) days from delivery as stated by the shipping company. will issue return instructions if the merchandise is eligible for return. Note that return adresses vary. Once you have submitted your return request, you will hear from our Return Department via email with return instructions as soon as we have return authorization (generally within 1-3 working days). If for any reason you cannot receive your package within seven (7) days from delivery, let us know before the shipment is dispatched.

Once your return request has been authorized, you will have 30 days (from the timestamp of return instructions) to have your return mailed.

Custom Made & Made to Order products:
There are absolutely no exchange or returns allowed on made-to-order & custom made products. All such products are a final sale. If you have any questions regarding such products, please contact our customer service prior to placing an order.

Return Inspection

All returned merchandise is thouroughly inspected before the return is resolved. The inspection process generally is completed within 1-2 weeks from when the warehouse receives the return. In some cases, it may exceed this timeframe due to volume of returns. Once your return has been inspected we proceed immediately with the specified resolution.

If merchandise fails inspection the return shipment will be returned to the customer at the customers expense. Products worn, used, altered, etc. are not returnable. There are no exceptions. All returns must be returned in original condition with no signs of damage or wear, including all packaging and accesories that were included in the orginal shipment. We start working on your order as soon as it has been received in our system. In case of an issue, please inform us right away. You can request for cancellation by calling us, or by contacting us via email. Voicemails are not a valid receipt of cancellation request. If you cannot reach us by phone, please email us the request so a timestamp of the request is available. If your order can be cancelled, it will be cancelled immediately. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled.

There are no cancellations on already processed, shipped, ready to ship or in-transit orders. You are eligible to request for Return Authorization according to our return policy after receiving your order. There will be a 20% restocking fee if a shipment is rejected for any reason, so please contact us if you need to request a return.

Damaged/Lost Merchandise

Products damaged or lost through the negligence of a shipping company must be reported within 48 hours from delivery as stated by the shipping company. If this procedure is not followed, the customer will potentially become liable for all damages or loss. Please remember not to discard any portion of the packaging material. Merchandise signed for is assumed to be delivered. All returns must be sent to Seller prepaid and insured by Buyer. Any refused shipment sent back to does not constitute the right to any refund credit. Should any refund or credit be issued for a refused shipment, there will be a deduction of up to 20% applied to the credit.

Return and Refund Fees


Fees that may or may not be involved with the return of merchandise are listed below:

  • The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees and insurance. We offer a flat rate return label for the cost of $20.00 USD per item.
  • The customer is responsible for all expenses involved in the resolution of a rejected return. If we do not receive shipping instructions from the customer within 72 hours from rejection notification the item will be discarded and the return will be considered concluded.
  • Deductions will be made at the sole discretion of for any returns that are returned in a damaged/ used condition or that are missing items.

Restocking fees:

  • All digital products (watches etc.) are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • All refunds are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee.
  • All refunds processed through Shop Pay Installments will be subject to an additional 10% processing fee.
  • All Returns/Refunds over the amount of $1000 are subject to a 10% credit card transaction fee.

Pricing and Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for any product listed at the incorrect price. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account.
