We appreciate your business and are committed to making your experience as seamless as possible. Below is our clearly outlined return policy, designed to offer both flexibility and transparency.
You must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the shipping carrier) to request a return or exchange. Once approved, items must be received within 30 days. Requests outside this window are not accepted.
Products labeled as custom or made-to-order are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Review the product page for eligibility before purchase.
Returns without an RA# will not be accepted. RA#s will not be issued after the 14-day notification period.
We allow one exchange per item. Once exchanged, the item becomes final sale.
Returns are not free. A flat-rate return shipping label is available for $20.00 (U.S. only). This fee is deducted from your refund, if used.
Defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Claims made after this window will not be accepted.
All items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned in the condition received. Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined or returned to sender.
We do not charge restocking fees for valid returns or exchanges.
Once received, returns are inspected within 7 business days. Refunds are issued within 7 business days following inspection approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may exclude original shipping, label costs, and a 5% credit card fee.
Packages marked as "Returned to Sender" or refused upon delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges.
